“And in the end…the love you take…is equal to the love you make”—The Beatles

“Teeming with musical invention”—The Times of London, 1969

One of “The Greatest Albums of All Time”-Rolling Stone, 2012

Celebrating 50 plus years of a classic--Keith Putney Productions presents The Beatles’ Abbey Road live and complete in concert.

Abbey Road was the final Beatles album to be recorded, and its iconic status is unchallenged. It has sold well over 13 million copies in the United States alone, and 31 million worldwide. It spent 11 weeks at #1 on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart in an album chart run of 129 weeks.

From the rollicking rock of “Come Together” to the unforgettable harmonies of “Because”, from the heartfelt balladry of “Something” to the lust and longing of “I Want You”, Abby Road entered like the spring morning in “Here Comes the Sun” and stayed with us to become part of our collective memory. It lives again on stage in a complete live concert performance.

Kate Taylor is of course the legendary "Sister Kate" who made her debut in the early 70s alongside her brothers James Taylor and Livingston Taylor. The aforementioned Sister Kate LP was indeed her first, produced by her manager, who discovered her --as he did James Taylor-the great Peter Asher. That debut LP featured a dream team of musical magicians that included Bernie Leadon, Merry Clayton, Russ Kunkel, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, J.D Souther, Carole King, Leland Sklar, Danny Kortchmar, and the Memphis Horns.

Richard Barone is the former and current lead vocalist and guitarist for the Bongos, whose seminal 80s releases "Drums Along the Hudson", "Numbers with Wings" and  "Beat Hotel" established Richard as a musical force to be reckoned with. Called a "gifted pop-rock tunesmith" by The New York Times, Richard's solo efforts include acclaimed efforts such as 1987's Cool Blue Halo, 1990's Primal Dream, and 2010's "Glow"

The musicians are all top flight players with a history of performing with legends of British Rock, including Musical Director Jeff Alan Ross on vocals, keyboards and guitar, and Bill Cinque on bass, vocals and acoustic guitar. Jeff  was the lead singer of Badfinger alongside Joey Molland and Mike Gibbons for several years during the 1980s, and currently is the musical director for Peter Asher & Jeremy Clyde, as well as co producer--with Mr. Asher--of "From Me To You", Mr. Asher's show on SiriusXM's The Beatles Channel. Jeff Ross and Bill Cinquehave played with Peter & Gordon, Badfinger (of course), Graham Nash, Denny Laine, Gerry and the Pacemakers, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Terry Sylvester--formerly of the Hollies, and the likes of Stevie Nicks, Steve Martin, Brian Wilson, former Beach Boy Al Jardine, Neil Diamond, Boz Scaggs, and more.

Beyond the Beatles, our artists will round out the show with more great musical moments, including favorites from the catalogs ofKate Taylor and  Richard Barone and some Badfinger classics from Jeff Alan Ross.
