It’s 1937 and Katharine Hepburn is on the cover of the british magazine, “Picturegoer.”
“Picturegoer” started publication in 1913 in the United Kingdom. It’s primary focus was contemporary films and those who starred in them.
It started as a weekly movie review of silent films and then evolved into a weekly listing of so called “talkies.”
It became a bi-weekly with the greatest stars of film gracing its’ covers. It was sold at all movie theaters.
The last issue was published in April of 1960.
See you at “The Kate,”
